County Line Brush Fire
July 23, 2008 ~ Around 1400 Littleton Firefighters were alerted to C-470 east of Broadway for multiple reports of a brush fire. First due Engine 15 found a fast moving fire burning in mostly grass with a fence line & trees involved as well as a storage unit threatened. Brush 18 arrived on scene and assisted 15, at the hight of the incident 1 additional Engine, Brush & Ladder responded, two of which were mutual aid from South Metro. The fire was contained at about 2 1/2 acres, no injuries or structural damage occurred.
