Smoke Showing & Three Injured On Arrival
March 13, 2008 ~ Just before 1300hrs DFD Dispatch alerted Group N-24 to a reported Structure Fire at 2075 South Gilpin Street. First Due 16's a pair and District Chief 3 arrived to find a single story, single family dwelling with smoke showing from the front. Chief 3 took the command and immediately requested Denver Paramedics for 2 smoke inhalation victims and 1 patient with severe burns to 50% of their body. First arriving fire companies were tasked with treatment of the injured parties and fire attack. The crew from 16 quickly located and knocked the fire, all searches proved negative.
