Denver Pin Job
June 5, 2008 ~ In the mid afternoon Denver Engine 25 was called to the area of Mabry & Lowell for an accident. Denver Paramedics arrived on the scene first and determined that extrication would be required, Chief 7, Trucks 23 & 28 were added to the response. Fire crews arrived to find a minivan vs tree accident with moderate damage and the driver pinned. The truckies went to work on popping the door, Engine 25 hit a nearby plug and stood fast with a line. The patient was quickly removed from the vehicle and transported to Swedish Medical Center with extra firefighters onboard.
