2 Structures & 2 Alarms In Denver

June 4, 2008 ~ Just before 1300 hours, Denver Firefighters were alerted to the 2400 block of South Saint Paul Street for multiple reports of a structure fire. First due Engine 24 found heavy fire conditions on the charlie side of a single family home, with extension into a second structure. A 2nd Alarm was immediately ordered and EMS was requested emergent for a burn victim. Units laid out from 3 different hydrants and went to work on both buildings, gaining control of the fire within 25 minutes. All companies were held for over an hour, the fire is suspicious in nature. Many of the same units took on two separate arson church fires less than 12 hours prior to this fire.
