Heavy Fire On Arrival In Littleton
01/17/2008 - Just after 1100 hours Littleton Fire Communications alerted units in the 1st Battalion to a reported structure fire on the corner of Fremont & Yukon. Engine 13 called smoke visible from the station and arrived a short time later to find a two story single family home with heavy fire on the Charlie Side. The crew from 13 quickly advanced a line to the rear and began fire attack as a water supply was being established. Several hand lines and one aerial master stream were placed into operation and a sand truck was called to the scene to de-ice. No one was home at the time of the fire and no injuries were reported, the investigation is currently underway.
